Recognize the Symptoms

  • Chest pain that may feel like pressure, tightness, pain, squeezing or aching

  • Pain or discomfort that spreads to the shoulder, arm, back, neck, jaw, teeth or sometimes the upper belly

  • Cold sweat

  • Fatigue

  • Heartburn or indigestion

  • Lightheadedness or sudden dizziness

  • Nausea

  • Shortness of breath

  1. Check surroundings for danger

  2. If the patient is unconscious, wake them up firmly

  3. Check for pulse and breathing

  4. Tell someone to call 1669/ Call 1669 and retrieve an AED

5. Lay the patient down

  1. Get on your knees beside the patient

  2. Find the center of the chest according to the diagram

  3. Lay your non dominant hand’s heel on the point and interlock your dominant hand on top

  4. Straighten your arms, Lock your elbows

  5. Start Compressions

    1. 5-6 cm deep

    2. 100-120 Beats Per Minute (Video Provided/Staying Alive/Baby Shark)

    3. 30 Compressions and Blow Into their Mouth for Air 2 times

  6. Repeat Until AED arrives/Paramedics Arrive
